The Microscopy core facility at CBIS provides state-of-the-art imaging technology for live and fixed cells and tissues along with scientific expertise to assist in experimental design.
Imaging techniques and expertise available through the core include:
Standard epi-fluorescence microscopy; Confocal microscopy (FRET, FRAP); Live-cell imaging (with temperature and CO2 control); Cell signaling; Multi-photon; TIRF; AFM imaging and force measuring (with temperature control); Simultaneous AFM and fluorescence microscopy.
